My resume is vast as I’m not a young man, and have made a point to try a lot of things in search of fulfillment. But as you’ll see the underlying themes are leadership and entrepreneurship - I always seem to end up in a management position of sorts, and ideally I like to be in charge of my own destiny accepting the accolades or lumps depending on how things turn out.
I’ve managed restaurants, bicycle shops, and owned several businesses of my own from teaching pre-school children how to use computers to running my own e-commerce/web-design businesses. - eBay Education Specialist – Certified by eBay to instruct others in groups or private lessons
- Registered eBay Trading Assistant – Met the requirements eBay has to be listed on their site as
a Trading Assistant (one who sells others items).
- eBay Motors Specialist – Have worked for nearly 3 years as in independent contractor for three
different Motors Specialist companies (Certified Service Providers by eBay). I take pictures of
and create the listings for automobiles for nearly 100 auto dealerships throughout LA and San
Diego (with a team of others that I manage).
- eBay Certified Service Provider – I have developed my own checkout system that was certified
by eBay and I am listed in the Providers Category on their site.
- Grew two eBay businesses to PowerSeller status – one Platinum and one Gold. Had monthly gross sales in excess of $40,000 with over 25,000 feedback.
- Extensive experience using a plethora of listing and auction management tools including eBay Turbo Lister, eBay Blackthorne, eBay Selling Manager Pro, Auctiva, ChannelAdvisor,
Marketworks, Kyozou and others.
- Have managed dozens of others eBay users’ Stores, inventory, built templates, stores and
listings.
- Specialize in bulk listings using flat-file format. Have listed up to 7,000 items at one time.

I have always ended up in a management position, no matter my starting position.
- I have managed 3 bicycle shops, 2 sporting goods stores, and 4 restaurants, including Red Robin, Island’s, Rubio’s as a District Manager and Hensley’s Flying Elephant Pub. I worked for myself teaching children computers with my Sister for several years and then returned to restaurant management. I began working full time from home 8 years ago in 2000, doing web design and eBay contract work.
