As I said on the other resume’ I have extensive experience with eBay – in all aspects, from building a Platinum PowerSeller business to being an eBay Certified Instructor, an eBay Motors Specialist, eBay Developer and designer of eBay templates and storefronts. As I mentioned above I’m an eBay PowerSeller. I actually have had 4 different PowerSeller businesses, from Bronze all the way to Platinum with over 20,000 positive feedbacks. Below are a few of my eBay templates I’ve built for myself and clients over the years.

This was one of my own eBay accounts where I sold a digital product. Thechallenge was there was a lot of competition in this ‘niche’ and I needed to differentiate my business from the others and set up a completely automated delivery system while protecting the integrity of my product. This site is now completely automated, from posting of ads, invoicing, delivery of product and adding of customers to a mailing list database. I’ve consulted other clients on the creation/delivery of both the physical products (CD’s) and digital products (email delivery or digital download).

In 2007 I was Certified by eBay to instruct others in group or private lessons. I really enjoyed this aspect of my eBay ‘career’ and took it to the next level with a membership website that a friend of mine and I created. The site is called AuctionSelling101.com, and has a discussion forum, over 25 ‘how to’ videos, downloadable MP3’s and PDF manuals and more.

Often times successful sellers will have multiple eBay ID’s to sell the same products – even pull from the same inventory dynamically. Such was the case for this eBay client. I ended up making three custom eBay templates and 3 stores, each unique but linked to same product source. They have been very successful in using eBay to move the slower moving pieces from their ‘brick and mortar’ galleries located througout the United States.

One of the challenges that larger sellers on eBay – or any e-commerce platform has, is how to actually get their products up online in an efficient manner. Along the way I figured it out, and have applied it for several customers including this one, who had almost 7000 products to put online. He wanted to pay me to list them manually 1 at a time – I had them all up in few days time with a bulk upload, saving him money and me time. A definite win-win. Mapped category links as well as text links and dynamic pulls made this a very efficient cross-selling tool. Conversions jumped dramatically immediately after implementation.

I made this website for a customer that lives up in Big Bear, who owns a greatlittle mountain shop called Equada Outfitters. Trouble is, there’s a limited customer reach from a mile high in the sky. I incorporated a ‘fly-in’ flash that was simple and clean and ended up with just a text logo in top right corner.

I made this website years ago, when MySpace had just hit the scene. It was growing like crazy – something like 40,000 new registrants per day. The site gave away free layout modification codes for their sites in exchange for putting a small graphic/link back to my site. It was viral and I was getting over 2000 unique visitors per day. I added multiple revenue generation streams on the site. It has several Google Ad-Sense ads, Photobucket-affilate program, Amazon Books affiliate program, as well as other affiliate programs for various rotating sites. I also did major traffic link exchanges with other like-sites. It turned out to be very effective and the site still continues to generate cash-flow every month.

I made this site years ago when I had a large eBay business selling Adidas golf clothing. I got a matching domain name and the site instantly had traffic from my large eBay business. I sold a large quantity of product from the site, and even now, years after I’ve run out of product it continues to make money everyday from the Google ads and affiliate links embedded in the site.

This was a great project – a site template built completely on flash, but with the cusotmers need to be able to edit the text within the site. We integrated dynamic pulls so they could do so. There was music in the background, flash rollovers, and flash image mouseovers.

This was a project of my own – a large eBay business, with the desire to direct traffic out of eBay to grow sales. This is the eBay template, but it’s being launched and managed from ProStores. ProStores allows you to integrate your checkout (within eBay’s rules) and upsell during checkout thus exposing your eBay customers to your website. Sales have grown exponentially since doing so. We also implemented the use of the multiple datafeeds that ProStores generates for you to Googlebase, Yahoo Shopping, Shopzilla and Shopping.com, all helping to grown our sales. We have this product manufactured ourselves – overseas, so the headaches are large, but the profits are better!

I’ve also created many html email templates for use with Constant Contact, aWeber, 1Shopping Cart and other email programs with links hard coded and dynamic. I can set up your mailing list management tool and autoresponder for you, or do the mailing myself. I’ve also done quite a bit of Virtual Assistant work for various clients recently, and have done a significant amount of work with Joomla and Wordpress sites. From basic programming to custom work.
